Next, we engage in incremental discovery workshops to delve into the specifics of each requirement as we approach the development phase. At this stage, we reassess the original estimates, communicate any changes and revise the plan accordingly. With all requirements thoroughly understood, we proceed to technical planning workshops, where we prepare and refine the work for the upcoming sprints. Having reached this level of detail, we once again review the initial estimates.
